What do you think about using a platform to monitor your sons online activity?

As online threats are becoming more and more common, #cybersafety is a real need for our children.
But how can we ensure them this safeness?

Monitoring platforms are on the way
Along with many educational events and resources many startups are providing us of platforms that allow parents to monitor the online activity of their sons.

Do we really need them?
People are splitting into two factions:

1) Some of them say we really need to monitor our sons online activity in order to help them to recognize and block suspicious activity

2) Some of them say these platforms are useless (if not dangerous) for the only thing we should take care of is Trust
