When we are Kids we imagine there is a Ladder to the Sky.

When we are Teenagers we believe a special Ladder had been built for us.

When we get Adult we get committed to reach this Ladder.

When we get Elder we regret we hadn’t been able to find the Ladder.

But when we evolve we find the Ladder has always been there in our Soul, and we don’t need to climb it for we are already along the Path.

So this is what we have to teach to our evergrowing sons:
stop imagining the Ladder,
stop searching for it,
stop striving for it.

Because you’re already along your special Ladder, you’re already on your Path.
