Marketing, “What? I just want to change a couple of images.”

Marketing, “Ed, I don’t know anything about release processes, automated deployment or testing and QA protocols. I just want to change a couple of images. Can you just do it please? I need it done by COB.”

Me, “Ok, Can you create a ticket in Github? It can be integrated into our next release cycle.”
