#HackTheHub: AI & ML — Use the cloud, Luke!

If you are going to #HackTheHub this weekend, you’re probably considering using cloud AI/ML services to get a head start.

Azure has a whole heap of services for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning , bots, and a pretty generous free plan to get you started.

However, if you have grand plans that just aren’t covered by the free plan then just get in touch with me via the #HackTheHub Slack (Or find me on the day) and I’ll kit you out with Extra Free Processing to get you through the weekend.

Here’s a small selection of some of the services that you could take advantage of:

• Custom Vision — Train an image recognition model and use it via the online API or download it for offline use on iOS (CoreML) & Android (Tensorflow) devices.
• Machine Learning Studio — Prepare data, process it using a variety of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms and deploy the model for use through a REST API.
• Face API — Detect, identify, verify and match faces in images.
• Text Analytics — Perform natural language processing and sentiment analysis.
• Speaker Recognition — Identify who is speaking (and what they’re saying).
