From my car window, I watch the stars become brighter. The half moon visible all day is still overhead. The planet Venus is especially bright this evening. I watch the scenery speeding past, yet Venus does not seem to move. It remains in the same fixed spot through my window. It makes me realize how insignificant our lives compared to the grand workings of the universe.
