Revealing an exposed pen
Deflowered again
Petals fall wayside
Revealing an exposed pen
She writes, mystified
The flower unfolds
Revealing an exposed pen
Inked, naked writing
Inked, naked page
Peels flower petals away
Pen writes her say
Flowers bloom open
Creating new life this spring
Feeling shift, she sings
Standing in her ring
Of empowerment she breathes
Dancing on her leaves
The stems droop downward
Petals fall, but at her core
Her nectar stands tall
