From left to right: My late Great-Grandmother Lucille, Great-Aunt Ree, Aunt Ree’s First Husband, Ernie (I did not know him, my older cousins grew up with him around), and my late Aunt Hazel. They were in some night club. As you can see, drinks and a good time (poppin’ off in the background) was had. :)

We honor your hearts,
Three generations of love
Stacked upon our tree.

You are still alive
In every labored, short breath
I am forced to take.
