A false permanence
promises no real comfort
in despondent times

At times when we are gripped by feelings of grief, misery or depression it can feel like we are falling into an endless spiral with unfathomable depth and permanence. This is understandable and a natural part of the process of coming to terms with the situation.

There are no easy answers to how and if we can do this, but I wanted to express that no matter the depth there can be light at the end.
