We hear many people say that they want a better hair extensions experience, and now you can give this to your customers. We have put together a feedback form structured in a way to gain all the right user insights. We want you to share it with your customers to get a better understanding of their perspective as a client.
Why this will matter to you:
The Hair & Compounds team has a background in business development and the knowledge to help you make your business more successful. Modern business is all about truly understanding what customer want. When we fully understand what customers want, and their current level of satisfaction based around certain aspects of their experience, we can begin to see where the gaps lay in the industry. The form we have created is based on a method which originates from the “Jobs to be Done” theory and application. The feedback form we are encouraging you to share with your customers will help us do just that!
Here is the plan:
- Copy the link below and send it to your customers, in an email or however you communicate with them.
- When we get the feedback of customers from our clients throughout the US we are going to use a formula to determine where the room for improvement is in the industry and share our findings with you.
- Remind your customers that their submission is completely confidential & we will not be asking for any identifying information
