Korea Best job interview hair colors, according to personal skin tone
It’s very important to make a good impression when you are interviewing for a job position. How you style your hair can be significant in your job interview because the interviewer is going to notice your hair, which is placed closest to your face, first. Especially with a lot of the interviews turning online lately, it’s very important for you to look comfortable and professional in your hairstyle. In Korea, one popular way to accomplish this is to dye your hair according to your personal skin tone. Personal skin tones are divided into four big types: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Today, let’s find out about the “interview colors” for each of the skin tone type!
1. Spring Warm Tone
Milk brown
Copper brown
Choco brown
Spring Warm skin types look the best in bright, clear warm colors. These colors are recommended for Spring warm types because they are bright and clear, and have a little bit of reddish tone. Dark, overbearingly saturated colors are highly not recommended for these types because those colors can make their face look tired and dark.
2. Summer Cool Tone
Gold brown
Smokey cocoa
Dark ash
Summer Cool skin types look the best in ashy, cool, soft colors. The three colors above look the best for Summer cool types because they are not too saturated and do not have any redness or yellowness. By putting these colors near the face, Summer cool tones are able to make their face look clearer and brighter.
3. Autumn Warm Tone
Dark copper brown
Dark brown
Dark gold brown
For Autumn warm skin types, dark, heavy, warm colors are recommended. The colors above complement Autumn warm skin tones well, making the interviewees look trustworthy and stable. Dark browns are an easy choice for these skin types. Orange tones usually look better than red tones for these skin types. Bright, light colors are not recommended for Autumn warms because these colors make the face and hair look disconnected.
4. Winter Cool Tone
Ash choco brown
Wine black
Black
It’s best for Winter cool types to not dye their hair actually, since their natural black hair color is the best fit for their skin tone. For Winter cools, we recommend dark, cool colors without any yellowish tone.
