How To Bridge Your Assets to Fantom?

What is a bridge?
A “bridge”, or a cross-chain bridge, simply means transferring one cryptocurrency from one blockchain network to another. If you have USDT in your BNB Chain wallet and want to send it to your Fantom wallet, then you’re going to need a bridge to make it happen.
One of the biggest problems of blockchain today is their inability to talk to one another. Interoperability is what blockchain wants to achieve in the future, but for now, a bridge solves this.
How to start using a bridge?
There are tons of bridge networks in the market, whether decentralized or centralized, but for this example, we’re going to use Multichain.
- Go to app.multichain.org and select Router.
2. Connect your wallet by clicking the button on the upper right.
3. Select the coin and the blockchain you want to transfer from and to, then write the amount.
4. Click “Send to” and input the wallet address you want your asset to be transferred to.
5. Click “Swap”, and confirm. Wait for the transaction to finish.
