New York Depression Experiment

We just launched Hal (www.halisback.com) in NYC a couple of months ago, and we are receiving incredible feedback from users, and the product is behaving in a different way we just imagine.

People are mostly talking about their problems and depression related subjects and we figure it out someone could use this in a Social Psychology Experiment about the cognitive process of the users.

Ordinary students with some level of depression or not, using the App so they will be able to talk anytime they want with their Hal (Personal Assitant) about everything.

From that point, you can find out a lot of interesting human behaviors like:
- Personal problems
- Society issues
- The use of the language
- Racism
- Depression
- Abuse
- Suicide

First users we got just got some interesting level of confidence to the App and the service cause they don’t know who is on the other side, and they know, that nobody knows who they are.

We wanna give someone (a psychologist) who can do the Experiment, 50 free users for 3 months so he can start testing how people evolve or react to different situations and problems. Besides that, we can assign those 50 users to 1 specific Hal that can be the one working on the experiment.

For us, this App is an experiment too, we are so glad we are doing this and working hard on it. We are already helping users with different issues and besides that, we are creating job opportunities for people that didn’t have before.

What do we earn? We are developing this product and we want this to really improve the world, this will help us definitely, in making ampler decisions to scale this for a better service.

Feel free to contact me,

Thanks
