The Baltic Triangle is one of Liverpool’s fastest growing and independent districts. It is home to the most quirkiest bars, interesting places to eat and amazing music venues. Carry on reading in order to find out the best places to eat, the best places to drink and what things the Baltic Triangle offers.

Where to Drink

Camp and Furnace, Baltic Social, Unit 51 and the Baltic Fleet are all the places where the best drinks as well as food are on offer. Many of these areas serve locally brewed Liverpool ale. The Baltic Fleet is known as being the roaring hearth in winter and a space outside in the summer. Constellations is one of the many hidden gems on the Baltic Triangle. It is a beautiful venue that is growing to become one of Liverpool’s favourite beer garden in the summer.

Where to Eat

Camp and Furnace is one of Liverpool’s thriving independent venues. It used to be an old industrial space that has been transformed into one amazing space where the old furnace can still be seen. Hence the name Camp and Furnace. It is a great place to grab food, whilst also watching the football (which is particularly popular, especially with the Liverpool Fans). It’s a great place to dance the night away and even playing bingo. Camp and Furnace is a vibrant spot that is just around the corner from the Baltic Social. The Baltic Social offers one of the finest hot dogs that you’ll find in the city. Further along the street is Unit 51 on Jamaica Street. It is a café at the front of the Baltic Creative Campus. It offers a selection of tea, coffees, beers and wine. If you’re hungry then they can offer great sandwiches and daily specials. If you want to try something a little more traditional then trying the Scouse at the Baltic Fleet pub will be the best place for you to eat.

Things to do and things to see

The Baltic Triangle is home to the beating heart of Liverpool’s creative and digital community. The Baltic Skate park is filled with young skateboarders as well as amazing graffiti art. The annual Threshold Festival is held in the Baltic at various venues, with a chance to see plenty of live music. The Psych Fest is held here too and many more have their home here, such as the Liverpool Biennal and Sound City.
