UNCF x Hallo: Pioneering technology meets philanthropic powerhouse to advance the frontiers of opportunity for untapped communities
UNCF (United Negro College Fund) and Hallo are teaming up to launch a digital event series for Black students seeking careers in STEM. The UNCF Revolution Series aims to bring actionable career guidance to college students provided by leading corporations.
During each session, a company will host an online event to cover career pathways, academic prerequisites, and employment opportunities. Students will have the opportunity to engage directly with company representatives. In doing so, they will walk away with greater clarity into the company and potential career pathways.
As the nation reconciles its issues with race and equity, companies receive increased scrutiny to ensure their actions align with their statements.

As schools across the nation are completing their first fall semesters in COVID, many students are actively exploring ways to build their social capital. By combining their efforts to elevate Black students’ career aspirations, technology becomes an enabler and accelerator to be more data-driven to scale impact. As part of the partnership, UNCF will leverage Hallo’s proprietary talent engagement software to connect thousands of students to companies across the nation.

About the Event Series
During this three-day virtual summit participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with executives, operators and subject matter experts at Stryker, Riot Games, T-Mobile, BlackRock, and more. The sessions are live and hosted on Hallo
