New Writing Prompt: Devil

Hi everyone.
It’s time for Hallow Literary’s first writing prompt: devil. I chose this prompt as I was toying with the idea of time as a construct. It then simply made it’s way to the surface.
Think of this one. Include ‘devil’ in your piece and make sure to tag the entry ‘Writing Prompt” and “devil.” What you write about is entirely up to you. For example, one can treat this as a commentary on religious fervor, or use it to identify with or disassociate with the concept of devil. It could very well be an association with another concept that you think is undesirable or unwanted, or, vice versa.
I wanted to push the boundaries with this one, and see what people are really thinking, or, if you write from the ‘devil’s advocate’ perspective, what you are not. Either way, let’s make this one interesting and thought provoking!
