How to Find Your Certificate on Hamoye Platform

After taking a quiz to track your thorough understanding of a course, the Hamoye platform allows you to earn a certificate if you attain the 60% score benchmark. Hence, once you take a quiz on the platform, follow this step to find or download your certificate after the course’s study group closes.

Step One

Once you are logged on to your account, click my profile on the menu bar which is on the left side of the page, just below the Hamoye logo.

Step Two

Navigate to My certificate and click. It takes you to the page shown below:

Step Three

Let’s assume you completed the course with the required passing grade, so click the view certificate button to view your certificate.

If you have no certificates, this page will show something like this:

Step Four

To download the certificate for your professional use, you can either click the Download Certificate button.

Or go back to the certificate page and click the Download Certificate button as seen in the image below:

NB: Certificates are only applicable for Study Group courses not individually paced courses
