We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Babylon, the native Bitcoin staking protocol secured by the unbreachable security of the Bitcoin network.

This collaboration empowers Hana Network to leverage Babylon’s unparalleled security, significantly enhancing its own security measures. In turn, Hana will play a crucial role in onboarding users to Babylon, providing them with an easy-to-use interface for a seamless restaking experience.

Hana Network aims to empower everyday users to seamlessly enter the blockchain world, prioritizing its users’ privacy. Its innovative Hana Gateway built on Hana Network leverages the ZKP technology to provide secure and confidential on-ramp and off-ramp capabilities without CEX, whether you are anywhere in this world.

Built on the Cosmos Tendermint framework, Hana Network operates like a modular blockchain capable of integrating with various existing blockchains, simplifying Onboarding experience through its user-friendly Hana Gateway interface. This interoperability allows users to seamlessly interact with any Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains. The Gateway is secured by leveraging the combined strength of Babylon and Eigenlayer, ensuring unparalleled network protection and prioritizing user asset safety.

Babylon Overview

Babylon is a project that designs security protocols for the decentralized world. Babylon’s origins come from a research paper about Bitcoin security co-authored by the co-founder of Babylon, David Tse, a professor at Stanford and Ethereum 2.0 researcher, and the founder of EigenLayer Sreeram Kannan, and their colleagues. The project is led by a team of consensus protocol researchers from Stanford and experienced layer 1 engineers from around the world.

Babylon’s mission is to scale Bitcoin to secure the decentralized world through three innovative security-sharing protocols: Bitcoin Staking Protocol, Bitcoin Timestamping Protocol, and Bitcoin Data Availability Protocol. Through these pioneering protocols, Babylon envisions a more secure and decentralized future.
