What is Hana Network?

Simply put, Hana is the TikTok of crypto. It brings a completely different experience from existing exchanges. DeFi primitives like Uniswap, Aave, and Curve Finance achieved PMF back in 2021 by providing yield opportunities for pro traders and whales. However, in 2025, products like Pumpfun and Telegram bots targeting meme coin traders and retail investors have found PMF. While retail is becoming the majority, existing DeFi remains too complex for them, and retails are getting bored with countless trading apps that just track charts.

As this tweet perfectly captures: “What most people actually want is an entertainment platform. Not a finance app.”

Tiktoknization of crypto

We’re building the TikTok of crypto — targeting a younger generation and fundamentally different from traditional exchanges.

Retail attention spans become shorter and shorter rapidly. For example, what users and CT get obsessed with changes every week. Even Crypto Twitter is flooded with addictive content like TikTok. We call this the TikTokization of crypto.

New exchanges with seamless onramps, livestreaming entertainment, casual earning. The intersection of media and finance will create new social experiences that replace CEXs as the dominant crypto gateway.

The Next Chapter of Hyperliquid

Hana will also serve as an interface for Hyperliquid and other protocols, bringing new liquidity and users to these ecosystems.

Hyperliquid achieved remarkable growth by delivering value to degens. The next chapter will see its liquidity powering local exchanges and new social trading platforms.

Using Builders code, Hana will deliver a fresh exchange experience and drive The Next Chapter of Hyperliquid.

Story, traction, and fundraising

We began Hana’s journey in earnest in 2023. Along the way, we were accepted into Binance incubation and went through multiple iterations of scrapping and rebuilding.

Our Mainnet Phase 1 launch of Hanafuda in 2024 successfully created a retail distribution channel with strong user engagement. We recorded

400k unique addresses and 40M deposits on-chain.

In April 2025, our team announced 6M Raise, attracting investments from builders from prestigious protocols and teams. This round generated substantial interest and positive feedback throughout the community.

Road to TGE

We’re taking a phased approach to launch. This June and July, we’re launching $HANA TGE Early Access and our core mobile app. Tokenomics and TGE details will be announced soon.
