As a company in the wellness scene, weā€™re obviously BIG fans of science and evidence-based decision making! We love digesting the latest in science news and clinical studies, to gain new perspectives and keep up with technological advancements, especially when it comes to biohacking and human optimisation!

In our experience thereā€™s all too many pseudoscience publications out there, who sensationalise very low quality and unreliable studies, and rather just try to push an agenda and brainwash people.

Thatā€™s why weā€™ve put together a curated list of our favourites, most of which have been ranked the highest in terms of evidence-based reporting by the RealClear Science staff.

If youā€™re interested in more top 10 lists like this, subscribe to our newsletter for weekly wellness and biohacking content!

Letā€™s get to the list!

1. STAT News.

First off is STAT News, who are amazing all-round. They write about a very wide range of topics (many of which include biohacking), and publish new content very frequently!
