Today we are launching an app for the GoSocial’s Writing community, we are calling it Flips. Flips is available as a feature inside the GoSocial app and also as a standalone app on PlayStore. Flips enables you to create beautiful posts and stories with your poems, short stories, and quotes.
We’ve crafted Flips such that you can write aesthetically pleasing posts within seconds.
1. Open the “Writing” domain on GoSocial to create Flips
Flips is available in the Writing domain. You can switch the domain among Art, Photography, and Writing from the right corner of the top navigation bar.
2. Select Flips and start writing in the editor
Write your stories, poems, and quotes or copy paste your writings here. The Flips editor will organise the content in 10 flips based on how long your content is.
To set the flip-break/page-breaks and to organise your content in 10 flips as per your aesthetics, put manual page breaks. A page break will result in a new flip.
3. Choose a background from 1000s of hand-curated options
You can choose from thousands of options to set the background of your flips. We’ve handpicked and organised the backgrounds into categories like travel, work, love, etc.
If you are confused while picking the background, try Random and the app randomly sets a suitable background. You can set different backgrounds on each flip.
4. Customise fonts, alignment, and text colour
Choose from hundreds of fonts, align text to make it compatible with the background, and set the text colour.
You can also apply the same text settings and background to all the Flips in a single click, “Apply To All Pages”.
5. Publish, share, and get featured
We’ll feature the best of flips on our Instagram, FlipsByGoSocial.
