Deployment
Building the closed-loop ecosystem
This month the growth in on-boarded farmers has not been as spectacular as it has been in the previous months, bringing the total to 9175 farmers. However, this is due to the simple fact that, in some of the villages where HARA is deployed, our field agents have already acquired nearly all eligible farmers!
The focus of our deployment team has therefore switched to building the closed-loop ecosystem which is designed to really help these farmers. Currently, we are piloting the ecosystem in a total of 10 villages from 4 different districts in Bojonegoro. More on this soon!

HARA Chain Launch
HARA announced the release of the HARA Chain at the Blockchain Developer Friday event, hosted by the Indonesia Blockchain Hub. The tech event featured an international panel of speakers, including HARA’s CTO, Imron Zuhri, and Sr Blockchain Developer, Arkan Gilang.
Apart from the HARA Chain, other HARA products were also featured, like the HARA Token Bridge, the HARA Block Explorer, the HARA Wallet, and the HARA Data Exchange itself.
HARA.ag Launch
Our product website was released this month! If you want a quick overview of HARA’s achievements, the status of our development, and our goals, then HARA.ag is the site for you. On it, you will be able to find some quick stats of how far we have already come, and what are goals are.
Rabobank Foodloss Challenge Asia
Out of a total of 127 applicants, HARA was one of only twenty top start-ups invited to present their ideas at the Rabobank Food Loss Challenge Asia Pitch Day.
The Food Loss Challenge Asia is an initiative by Rabobank that aims to look for solutions to address the global problem of food loss.
Forbes Indonesia Digital Conferance
HARA’s parent company Dattabot was honoured with one of the “30 Most Promising Growth-stage Startups” awards at the Forbes Indonesia’s Digital Conference 2018. HARA also secured a nomination for the Innovator award.
The Forbes Indonesia’s Digital Conference 2018 was an international event aimed at helping growth-stage start-ups become the next unicorn, a start-up company with a value of over $1 billion.
Tech In Asia Jakarta
HARA was invited to the main stage twice at the Tech in Asia Jakarta 2018 conference. HARA CEO Regi Wahyu participated in a panel on blockchain innovation, while Head of Business Development Larissa Sidarto moderated a session about the agritech industry.
The Tech in Asia conference series was designed to help build and serve the tech community, and has grown to become one of the largest in Asia. This year, the event was held at the Jakarta Convention Center and attracted a crowd of over 5000 entrepreneurs, corporates, VCs, developers, and media.
Partnerships
Baba Rafi
HARA announced a cooperative partnership with PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia, an Indonesian franchise business with over 1300 outlets in 9 countries. Baba Rafi has become an exclusive offline reseller to distribute HARA Token to every business franchise network that calls.
TeleCTG
HARA has found a new partner in TeleCTG, a medical technology start-up from Indonesia. Our partnership with TeleCTG is one of the first steps in our plan of expanding into the world’s most socially impactful sectors.
TraceAlliance
HARA has joined the Trace Alliance, a non-profit association that connects companies and other parties doing research and creating practical solutions related to the field of blockchain technology. Other members of the trace alliance include Deloitte, TMA Solutions, and Gijima.
