Here’s what we’ve been up to this week:

The Harmony team is very excited to announce the commence of our extensive roadshow in Asia with our core focus on Chinese, Singaporean, Indonesian, Korean, and Indian markets. We anticipate this roadshow date with the upcoming SDK release, building strong ties with the local tech hubs and extending an invitation to developers to #BUIDL on Harmony. This is the culmination of many months of work by our local ambassadors team, establishing strong communities in this region, which we are proud of the progress that has been made to date.

We would like to re-assure USA based $ONE token holders that Harmony is really serious in being a utility token in the USA & working with numerous stakeholders to provide shortly undisrupted access.

We extend an invitation to the public to support the community voting which will help create the listing of $ONE on the Indonesian Exchange -Indodax.

Asia Roadshow:

Our agenda is intense. We extend an invitation to our Asian community to join us in the following events:

After our successful representation in Singapore, our team has traveled to Indonesia, and our first has been no other than Empower Blockchain Summit.

We have been surprised by the massive support of the Indonesian entrepreneurial/ tech hub and Binance community towards Harmony. We really enjoyed participating in Binance SuperMeetup in Jakarta and it’s dynamic audience.

On Monday September 16th, our Marketing Manager Garlam Won has hosted a common meetup with Matic Network in Jakarta-enhancing further the participation between the two projects and inaugurating common initiatives to support further the local tech community.

Simultaneously our CEO Stephen Tse with Business Development Manager Li Jiang participating in Shanghai International Blockchain Week in an overwhelming schedule.

Our meetup in Shanghai with the participation of Algorand, Ankr Network, Platon Network, and Conflux engaged more than 100 enthusiastic participants eager to develop their knowledge around blockchain.

We have launched Token Transfer Competition, an open invitation to everyONE who is running a Foundational or Pangaea node to help us crowd-test $ONE token transfers on Harmony’s Mainnet!

Engineering:

Minh Doan has announced that the release of Harmony Puzzle V.2 is around the corner, while it will be the first DAPP utilizing Harmony’s SDK. This tech milestone will be the beginning for external developers to build on Harmony’s Mainnet.

While no action required from Foundational Node Operators, it’s advised to read the release plan available here.

Post-Mortem release in regard to the incident that affected Shards 1& 3, initiated during the planned rolling upgrade of the mainnet with features including block data structure update, cross-shard transactions, EIP155 signing update and Ethereum history fork rollup.
