Production updates — 11/16/2021

Harness production was unavailable on 11/16/2021 between 9:55 AM — 10:10 AM. This was due to the Google Cloud networking issue related to their Global Cloud Load Balancer (GCLB) https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/6PM5mNd43NbMqjCZ5REh. We will update this post with RCA once Google provides it.
