Showcasing Malaysia — a celebration of Malay cuisine

Showcasing Malaysia is a seven-day long Malaysian Food Festival, organized at Water Garden Brasserie, Radisson Blu Dhaka. The festival, which started from September 23, 2017 will end on the 29th of the same month, and promises to shower you with authentic Malaysian delicacies. Chef Mohd Khezir Idris and Chef Azanam Bin Murad, two incredibly talented guest chefs have traveled from Kuala Lumpur, to collaborate with Radisson’s Executive Chef, Jed Archdeacon, to deliver scrumptious dishes, which are promised to represent Malay cuisine in an exquisite manner. Malay cuisine happens to be a beautiful combination of different Asian flavors and tastes, and with each bite, the burst of the flavors reminds you of the influence of different cultures on the cuisine.

Delicious food showcase

Like previous food festivals arranged by Radisson Blu Dhaka, this too is not just a feast that relinquishes your hunger, but it is a feast for the eyes as well. And let’s not even get into the aroma of the place, because that will take a whole different article to merely describe the experience.

Mr. Christoph Voegeli, the General Manger of Radisson Blue Dhaka, has gone on record to say how the festival is going to bring about a celebration of Malay cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients, and the Director of Food and Beverages of Radisson Blu Dhaka, Mr. Ramanithara Shanmugam, happens to be of Malaysian nationality and is delighted to host such a marvelous event.
