Welcome to Harriken Dining Week 2017.
It is no secret to any Dhaka resident — we all love our food. We obsess over which new place to try out, whipping out those food-grams whenever we try something new and delicious. And amidst all the craze, we’re also seen examining the dents on our wallets after giving some place, rather fancier, a shot. Leading up to Ramadan, Dining Week, in collaboration with some of the finest restaurants in our city, is a way to democratize dining experience as a whole.

Spice & Rice
A place that promises you a taste of authentic Dhaka, amidst numerous distorted portrayals of the actual thing by several other restaurants. An ambiance that makes you feel that you’re no one less than a Duke or Duchess, with decorations that bring out the heritage of the same capital you have grown to love. Food, made with imported produce, which just doesn’t disappoint, and a luxurious assortment of delicacies, will make your experience significantly worth your while.
Wrapped at Four Points by Sheraton
With a variety of food choices, ranging from gourmet sandwiches, wraps, Danish pastries, and plenty more, Wrapped might just become your favorite place to brunch at. With a lounge, that dispels the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, along with an interior that is modern and pleasing to the eyes, this place seems to be perfect for dates, friendly meetings, or even for sole troopers who enjoy their own company the best.
Absolute Thai
The name of the place promises, and the restaurant itself delivers; authentic Thai dishes are served, which happen to not only be delicious but also a feast for the eyes. Adequate for any time of the day, with family or friends, the ambiance of the place is soothing to say the least. With customers raving about their coconut ice-cream, you are bound to give it a shot.
Sky Pool Restaurant

A scintillating environment, accompanied with beautiful décor, and a taste of authentic and contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine, and much, much more is what Lotus Etang offers to its customers. Ideal for intimate gatherings, or even a big crowd, the ambiance combined with the delicious food is bound to sum up to be a great feasting.
Taste of Lanka
One of the very first places to introduce Sri Lankan cuisine to our country, is said to stir up a flavor explosion in your mouth. With an ambience that gives an aura of tradition, given the different Sri Lankan accessories used for decoration around the place. While the décor sending you on a free trip to the beautiful Sri Lanka, the traditional cuisine tends to amplify the reverie with its authentic tastes. Royal Park
The menu of this particular restaurant is not only diverse, but at the hands of talented chefs, it keeps the promise of delivering scrumptious food. With an Executive chef who happens to have 25 years of experience working in countries like Japan, South Africa, Canada, and the list goes on and on, the food is bound to be as delicious as it gets. While the architecture has to be a combination of both modern designs along with Japanese aesthetics, which some perceive to be rather minimalistic in a refreshing way, the food is anything but subtle. A break from all mechanic hustle and bustle of our Dhaka lives. Customers seem to rave about their ambiance; perfect for a hangout with friends, or bringing together your family for dining. Veni Vidi Vici
This place has a bit of everything; a burst of Italian flavors among their assortment of savory dishes, a must-try list of deserts, and a beautiful interior for the ones who are in it for the selfies. Veni Vidi Vici, literal meaning of which is “I came, I saw, I conquered”, somehow manages to make you live the phrase; having devoured the delicious food of the place, you would definitely feel like you have dined as royalty, royalty who really happens to love Pizzas. Khazana
A taste of what our neighboring country has to offer, a true taste of Indian Cuisine. An environment that is possibly as illuminated as the food makes you feel, Khazana happens to offer an array of delightful dishes, with sweets like Jelebe and Gulabjamun that can quench all our desert cravings of the day. A place perfect for family outings, and rendezvous with your friends.
