One of the most striking parts of my trip to Israel was the huge differences in regions across a relatively small country. In a single day we traveled from the majestic limestone and glittering Dome of the Rock of Jerusalem, to the barbed wired and grafittied border wall of the West Bank, to the waterfalls and canyons of the Judean desert. In the following days, we would see the sprawling meadows of wildflowers and glassy Sea of Galilee in the North and the beach-vibes and party culture of Purim in Tel Aviv. This trip was not relaxing, but, damn, was it colorful.

Thank you, Israel & Palestine, for the adventures. So long for now.
