The platform enables the necessary technology for consumer-focused financial institutions, neo banks, and alternative financial providers to seamlessly integrate crypto into their product lines. In doing so, Cybrid is democratizing wealth and making crypto accessible.

We see a bright future for crypto and the systematic disruption of traditional financial tools with decentralized finance alternatives.

The track record of Cybrid’s founders speaks for itself, but what really caught our eye was that this was a team of passionate people. The team was built with people who have previously worked together, which told us that the founders knew how to attract talent and had earned the trust of those they invited to come aboard. It was a green light signaling that Cybrid was a unique opportunity for talent to grow in a dynamic and promising new space.

There was also an X factor involved. When we met Cybrid, we found a quality that couldn’t be measured, couldn’t even be defined, but it told us that we were working with bonafide founders — visionaries who are determined, and aggressive when they need to be. Simply, a group that you want to bet on. That X factor permeated every conversation, proving that Cybrid had what it takes to reimagine an industry, and we wanted to be part of it.

Recruiting talent for a startup comes down to finding people who will match the excitement and passion of the founders. For Cybrid, that was more important than candidates having the right blockchain experience. Alyssa Liu, one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, felt that the best way to find the right fit was to be as unconventional as the talent she was looking for. “I knew that we needed someone who thinks outside the box,” she says. “So I decided to reach out to a candidate by sending him a Spotify playlist with a message spelled out in song titles. I knew we found someone who loved the creative problem-solving we were looking for when he responded in the same way.”

When a company is at a startup stage, every hire counts.
