Why did we build Harvestr ?

We started Harvestr with a mission : help digital companies listen and understand their customers continuously to build products and services that will be loved by millions.

The problem we solve

During the past few months, our team had the chance to meet the people who are building tomorrow’s products and services: Product Managers. By talking to them, we understood that innovative companies are getting more and more customer-centric and that customer feedback is the most important source of inspiration for Product Managers and their teams.

We at Harvestr are convinced that the best performing companies are the ones who manage to put the voice of their customers at the core of their product.

The good news is that customers are sharing more feedback than ever before, and we are talking about 10s to 1000s of valuable messages per month. But sadly for product teams, this valuable information gets lost in emails, customer support tools, CRMs and sometimes social networks.

At best, customer feedback ends up in complex and time consuming spreadsheets, where companies do not get a clear view of customer needs and struggle to prioritize what needs to be built next. That’s unfortunately what leads many startups to fail.

That’s why we decided to build Harvestr: a SAAS tool that gives product teams the full picture of their customers needs, helps them identify the best improvement opportunities faster and to focus on the right features at the right time.

How does it work ?

Thanks to Harvestr, you will know exactly what are the most important features for your customers, how many people requested them and get the context you need to prioritize and build the best product.

By aggregating and storing all user feedback, Harvestr gives product teams a powerful customer knowledge base that is constantly updated and available. We help them recover the 50% of the incoming feedback that they are losing today.

Our categorisation system and powerful analytics make it easier for product teams to identify critical issues. Product Managers become more efficient and deliver better features that increase user retention.

Last but not least, Harvestr allows you to identify and segment all the customers who send you feedback. When you are working on a specific feature for example, you can easily reach out to relevant customers for user research purposes. When you finally release a new feature, customers and teammates who are interested in it through their feedback can be easily updated in order to close the feedback loop.

We are currently in private beta with 20+ customer centric companies who are helping us develop the best tool for tomorrow’s product managers.
