We are a few hours late this week 🙈

TL;DR:

Kilter Meetup this Friday

At this Friday’s open house, chef and author Radha Thomas will talk about her journey with the Cauliflower Diet. Radha has authored the book: “The Cauliflower Diet” where she not only shares recipes for the South Indian palate, but also talks about how her family and household have fully taken to the Cauliflower Diet.

If you intend to start with a low carb diet, come over to the open house this Friday and hear Radha explain how you can substitute rice and deep-fried globules of yummy vegetable bondas minus excess carbs and calories with cauliflower.
