NTT DATA Services Announces Intent to Acquire Hashmap
We are thrilled to announce that we have entered into a definitive agreement to join NTT DATA Services, a global digital business and IT services leader. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the next 30 days.
Since starting Hashmap in 2012, we set out to help clients adopt and leverage modern, data-driven solutions and AI applications that accelerated digital enablement and insights. We are extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished and how we have helped our customers — which include Fortune 500 organizations in financial, healthcare, energy, technology, and other industries — establish trusted data foundations and applications for digital transformation.
As the company continued to grow, we looked for ways to scale even faster to pursue our vision for customers. During the course of conversations with NTT DATA leadership, it was obvious that we shared a belief that our combined companies’ people, process, and technology expertise and experience can help clients worldwide in solving data challenges for many years to come.
