Andreesen Horowitz (a16z) recently released their inaugural Data50 awards, a list of the world’s top data startups, and we wanted to take the time to congratulate everyone on the list.
We are so excited to see many of our friends, colleagues, and partners on this list. Starburst
Dain Sundstrom and David Phillips are the co-creators of Presto and technical founders at Starburst where they are Chief Technology Officers. They created Presto in 2012 while at Facebook in order to fill the need for a highly performant, distributed, open source SQL query engine.
