Binance Charity donates funds for PPE equipment to fight coronavirus

Binance Charity donates money in collaboration with Integro Foundation to fight the spread of COVID-19.

The healthcare facilities in more than 10 countries of the world will receive KN-95 PPE masks as a part of Binance Charity initiative.

Binance Charity in collaboration with Integro Foundation has raised more than a million dollars in donations of personal protective equipment for healthcare workers who are fighting the spread of COVID-19.

The funds were spent on 500 000 KN-95 masks to be distributed to healthcare professionals in Brazilian Amazon, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Bermuda, Barbados, St. Lucia, Haiti, Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, the Navajo nations, Russia and Puerto Rico. The Integro Foundation has donated 333 000 dollars to the initiative, and Binance Charity has provided twice as much money as this amount.

Brock Pierce, chairman of the board of Integro said that the organization plans to attract even more donations:

Our goal is to continue to bring more donations and relief efforts to the Caribbean Islands through these partnerships.”
