How to send a campaign using Hashtag Loyalty?

Go to Campaigns from the Main Navigation Menu on the Dashboard > Click the Create Campaign button
Select the Mode of Campaign (Communication Channel via which you wish to engage with Customers)
Select the Type of Campaign
Filter your Customers and select a Target Audience
Filter by Customer Tags or Demographics
Define your Reward Type and Value
Define your Content (Email/ SMS/ Email + SMS)
