MOU signing between HATCH! VENTURES and SOSV Chinacelerator MOX towards a strategic partnership
Hanoi, January 9, 2017 — HATCH! VENTURES and SOSV Chinacelerator MOX has entered to into a memorandum of understanding (the MOU) as a record of the mutual understanding between parties to set a long-term collaboration in startup acceleration.
SOSV runs accelerator programs in Shanghai, China (Chinaccelerator) and Taipei, Taiwan (Mobile Only Accelerator — MOX); and HATCH! VENTURES runs startup incubation programs in Vietnam. SOSV began supplying startups with rocket fuel 20 years ago. It is a global fund with $300M assets under management and a staff of nearly 80 operating world-renowned accelerators in the areas of hardware, software, biology, food, robotics, medical devices, transportation, green energy, and beyond.
The MOU serves as a partnership for SOSV Chinacelerator MOX and HATCH! VENTURES to share information, knowledge and resources as well as facilitate closer relationships between their program personnel, startups, mentors and investors, and jointly coordinate certain startup events.
