Q2 2023 Recap: Achievements and Outlook

Intro

It seems like only yesterday that we had just announced the HAVAH Plan 2023, even though a quarter has already passed. While we are delighted to have kept the majority of our commitments, we do think the second quarter was not without regrets.

The team HAVAH constantly communicates with our community to let them know what projects we are working on and who we are meeting with. However, we believe it is crucial to review and discuss both our progress over the previous three months and our future plans at least once every quarter.

In this article, we will outline the tasks that the team HAVAH was able to complete in the second quarter and also discuss the projects that we have planned for the second half of 2023.

PART 1. Major Events of Q2, 2023

PART 2. Main Achievements of Q2, 2023

1. HAVAH Coin’s (HVH) listing on Korean exchanges and integration with the HSP-20 network

On June 22 and May 31, respectively, HVH was listed on the Korean exchanges GOPAX and Coinone. When we first made the HAVAH’s Plan public, we pledged to make HVH more accessible through numerous CEX and DEX listings. We are pleased to have honored our promise and provided support for HAVAH Swap and Neopin DEX.

We also completed the Bybit network integration with the HSP-20 on April 26. Without using HAVAH MITTER, deposits and withdrawals can now be made directly to the exchange using the HAVAH wallet. Discussions about HAVAH Network’s integration with the listed Korean exchanges are ongoing. The team HAVAH will continue to make it easier for more people to obtain HVH.

2. Decentralization of HAVAH Network is ongoing

Initiation of “Technical Decentralization Centered on Trustworthy Partners”
New validators joined

On June 13th, we made a community announcement announcing the start of the decentralization of the HAVAH Network. The second stage, known as “Technical Decentralization Centered on Trustworthy Partners,” is the one we are currently in. The ultimate goal of the team HAVAH is to completely implement governance procedures on-chain.

Two more teams, Kakao Games and IOST, are joining as new validators in addition to the 16 teams that have already been revealed as part of the HIIP. Kakao Games intends to work in concert with HAVAH in the GameFi sector, and IOST will collaborate on the development of the WEB3 infrastructure.

3. EVM & Beyond Campaign and Community Growth

Launched EVM & Beyond campaign.
Increased 100,000 community members.

Beyond the five EVM networks that are currently connected, HAVAH will begin to connect with additional networks in the second half of 2023. This covers significant non-EVM networks like APTOS, Sui, and SOLANA. We are running the “EVM & Beyond” campaign to onboard WEB3 users from various chains onto HAVAH as we announce new networks to be added.

Among the events we held in Q2, the Zealy & GALXE campaign, four HAVAH self-events, and ten joint events with partners were just a few. In addition, our community quickly expanded after the launch of the EVM & Beyond campaign on May 31st, gaining 100,000 new users across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. The team HAVAH believes in the strength of the community because we think that as it expands, the HAVAH ecosystem will as well. We will keep pursuing community engagement and growth that is centered on the community.

We hope that visitors to HAVAH from different nations and new networks will be made to feel welcome. Additionally, we anticipate that members of the HAVAH community will take part in numerous ongoing activities, such as the Feel-Lucky Draw, and benefit from a variety of rewards created by the team.

4. Expansion of HAVAH Ecosystem

10 HAVAH partnerships, 6 HAVAH Union joins
Making plans to develop a variety of interchain/multi-chain use cases

The project “HAVAH” would be without a doubt the one that expanded the WEB3 field the most over the past quarter if we had to pick one. 16 teams/projects altogether, including 10 HAVAH partnerships and 6 teams joining HAVAH Union, have entered the HAVAH ecosystem. HAVAH anticipates continuing to grow its partnership network in the second half of the year given the project’s current stage of expansion.

The team HAVAH has announced partnerships that go beyond just documentation and events. We carefully examine the partner’s offering, determine whether Interchain technology from HAVAH can be applied, and make tactical choices. There will be more teams using HAVAH’s Interchain technology starting in the third quarter than there were in the first half of the year. We intend to develop numerous Interchain/Multichain Use Cases.

5. Business of HAVAH Friends NFT IP

In May, PAPA NFT of HAVAH Friends: being utilized in MEVERSE game.
In June, KIKI NFT of HAVAH Friends: pre-sale sold-out.

We stated in our earlier HAVAH plan that we would launch a business based on the intellectual property of the HAVAH Friends. In fact, we worked together with the MEVERSE team in May to use PAPA NFT as a new season in-game hero in the “Pocket Battles” game.

Then, on June 1st, we held a pre-sale for 900 HAVAH Friends KIKI NFTs that were restricted to our community. The team HAVAH, particularly when issuing KIKI NFT, achieved two significant results:

① KIKI NFT Pre-sale sold out in 58 seconds
② Over 90,000 TXs regarding KIKI NFT

Through travel, enchantment, and transformation, KIKI generated more than 90,000 transactions, which led to impressive On-Chain data results. It is unheard of for a single NFT project to start 90,000 transactions in less than a month. We think that the idea of the first growth-type NFT in the world connected well with our community.

6. Status of Sustainable Fund Allocation Work

According to the white paper and the HAVAH 2023 plan, the team HAVAH continuously converts 60% of the planet’s sales amount into HVH and distributes it to the Sustainable Fund.

As of the end of Q2 2023, the Sustainable Fund’s situation is as follows. After this post is distributed, 17.3M HVH is supposed to be transferred to the Sustainable Fund.

Exchange amount for deposit (HVH) into the Sustainable Fund: 1.0M USDT approx. (17.3M HVH)

7. A review of HAVAH’s second quarter of 2023

HAVAH had a very busy second quarter. Above all, we want to stress how critical it is that the decentralization process get off to a strong start. HAVAH’s environment is now more stable and sustainable.

I have a question for all of you.

What is HAVAH’s most valuable resource?
Interchain technology? Game IP? Experienced personnel?

While all are critical, we think the size of the HAVAH community and the capacity to scale the project by harnessing community power are the most crucial. Because of this, we gave building relationships with the community a lot of thought in Q2. We pondered how we might spread the word about HAVAH and what joy we might be able to offer those who already know HAVAH.

PART 3: Strategy for the Next Quarter

HAVAH Mitter Network Expansion

In Q3, APTOS, Wemix, and Fancy networks will be added.
In Q4, Non-EVM series such as Sui and SOLANA are expected to be added.

Following the smooth migration of Bellygom in the second quarter, we have been receiving business inquiries from a number of teams about network transfer and multi-chain expansion. This includes the connection to the Wemix and FNCY networks. Other projects have also recognized the potential for expansion to other networks by examining actual use cases.

We aim to quickly establish a connection to APTOS, a representative non-EVM network, in the third quarter. We are planning to get together in VegaNet (Testnet) as soon as possible, perhaps by July. We will maintain our connection to various networks that are used by many Web3 users. This will help us secure our competitive edge in HAVAH Mitter.

2. Development of HAVAH Friends’ IP Business

In Q3, GRAMPUS’s game will make use of HAVAH Friends NFTs.
The IP business of HAVAH Friends will expand.

Following Pocket Battles, in the third quarter, HAVAH will collaborate with GRAMPUS, a partner of HAVAH, using HAVAH Friends NFTs. HAVAH Friends NFT (PAPA, KIKI, VUVU, etc.) will appear as friend characters assisting the protagonist in GRAMPUS’ new WEB3 game “NORMA IN METALAND.”

Additionally, we are constantly getting requests for partnerships involving the use of the HAVAH Friends IP. A wide range of topics are covered in depth, from the use of image assets to actual utility collaboration. HAVAH Friends do not possess utility from birth but instead pursue a structure of gradual growth in which profits grow as the HAVAH community expands and demand increases along with value. We are considering distributing the profits generated at this time to HAVAH Friends holders.

3. New NFT Minting of HAVAH Friends

On July 11, KIKI NFT went on sale to the general public via the GameFi launchpad. The prepared quantity of 3,500 sold out in just 1 minute and 55 seconds for the whitelist round and 2 minutes and 25 seconds for the public round due to the significant participation of the Havahrian community. Thank you again for your support.

As many of you may already be aware, GameFi is the NFT launchpad platform with the strongest global community. We intend to work with GameFi going forward, starting with the KIKI public sale.

4. Participation in WebX 2023, Asia’s largest WEB3 conference

The team HAVAH will participate in the WebX 2023 event to be held in Tokyo, Japan on July 25th and 26th. Various meetings with L1/L2 projects, NFT marketplaces and launchpad platforms, as well as NFT and GameFi projects, are already scheduled.

In particular, this WebX participation will be a cornerstone for team HAVAH to enter the Japanese market. We will explore new investors and partnership opportunities and discuss global project development with them.

5. The Referral Point Claim Feature is now active

On July 21st, the referral point claim feature went live.

The team HAVAH is currently running a referral program that rewards both the referrer and the person who enters the referral code. The referral point claim function was added on July 21st.

6. Constant Accumulation to the Sustainable Fund

The sustainable fund will continue to accrue 60% of the planet sales proceeds sold in USDT.
Funds left: 2.5M USDT

The Sustainable Fund is the backbone of the HAVAH token economy. The team HAVAH promised to donate 60% of the planet’s sales proceeds to the Sustainable Fund; currently, there are about 2.5 million USDT left over from the USDT earned. We will give an honest accounting of how these funds are being spent every three months.

7. The Unveiling of ‘MINE WARZ,’ a Simple Mining Tycoon

A new game that can utilize the NFTs from HAVAH Friends and additional outside projects.
Offers mine management fun with a minimal amount of gameplay.
Scheduled Pre-mining event and the launch of the official website for Q3

We are working on the MINE WARZ project, which we hope to debut in the third quarter. You can experiment with various NFTs from outside projects, such as HAVAH Friends, while running a mine. Through the use of various NFTs, MINE WARZ seeks to achieve interoperability. This will be the first step in the team HAVAH’s efforts to achieve interoperability at the DApp level.

The team HAVAH’s goal of interoperability at the DApp level is being realized in MINE WARZ, which is the first step in that direction. You can play MINE WARZ in a variety of ways by utilizing native NFTs from MINE WARZ, PARTNER NFTs acquired through various partnerships, and any other NFTs held in various forms.

During the third quarter, we plan to launch the official website and the experience version for pre-registration. The official version is anticipated to be made available in the fourth quarter of 2023. Through MINE WARZ, we will build a game ecosystem with integrated external NFTs, which will both give more users a novel experience and widely promote the value of HAVAH Friends.

On July 13th, we announced Kakao Games and IOST joining as validators through the HAVAH official channel. Team HAVAH envisions a future in which HAVAH is the go-to bridge partner for a myriad of blockchains and networks, and where WEB3 users inevitably become aware of HAVAH. Through these collaborations, we are receiving messages from international foundations and businesses stating that “they want to be with HAVAH,” and it is incredible to see our dreams come true.

HAVAH is currently connecting blockchains and networks and developing use cases that leverage interchain. We anticipate that if we proceed gradually, NFT users and projects will eventually prioritize HAVAH. We will also have time to discuss our future plans and the quarter’s accomplishments.
