Havas London’s Lucy-Anne Ronayne selected for See It Be It initiative

Havas London Creative Director Lucy-Anne Ronayne has joined a handful of hand-picked female industry leaders to be part of See It Be It.

The initiative was launched in 2014 as a response to industry gender imbalance — fewer women than men are joining creative ranks and even less will climb the ladder. Worldwide, it’s estimated that only 25% of agency creatives are female and just 3% reach Creative Director level.

Lucy-Anne said:

“It’s elating to see folks as major as The Cannes Lions go after the dreaded gender scales. And I am so honoured to be a part of it… Who wouldn’t want to be called up to the all-girl creative Avengers?”
