Welcome to Elliot Harris and Russell Marsh.

Elliot joins Havas London as Creative Director, whilst Russell joins helia as Global Chief Data officer.

With a Grand Prix, several D&AD pencils, Gold at One Show and the Art Director’s Club of New York, and with a pedigree that includes roles within Anomaly, Fallon, DLKW Lowe, Work Club, Brothers & Sisters and WCRS, Harris is regarded as one of the leading talents within the UK advertising industry.

Harris said of his appointment: “I’m really excited to be joining the team at this time, there’s just so much energy here. I’ve worked with Andy and Ben before, so being asked to join them in their new adventure was something I couldn’t pass. I could not be joining a better management team in London right now.”

Havas London’s Executive Creative Director, Ben Mooge commented: “Elliot is the perfect CD. He’s a cool fella with a fantastic creative instinct; not to mention that as a father of five girls, who’s just built his own house, he has to be the most patient man in advertising.”

Russell Marsh has been tasked with “blending data with creativity to create more meaningful connections with consumers and business results” — Helia’s vision of a “smarter art.”

Tash Whitmey, the group chief executive at Havas helia, said: “Russell, like me, believes in the combined power of data and creativity.

“His pedigree speaks for itself, making him an extremely impressive individual with a formidable record of data and innovation across some of the largest blue chip brands. Havas Helia has had a record 2015, with 2016 already looking exceptionally strong.

“Marsh is the power and intelligence that we need behind our data to propel our clients even further.”
