From CANAL+ to Arnold, from Paris to Boston. The same Group, but two different corporate cultures.

Culture is invisible, but its effect can be seen and felt. In CANAL+, we work in small offices, directors have their own office and top management its own floor. Here in Boston, everybody is together with big and modern open spaces…

The working environment projects an image of an adaptive and innovative culture.

The agency seems to be united as a team, working to achieve the same goals.

Arnold Boston is a no-walls environment, this is all about keeping the team together. There are no offices or enclosed cubicles, so employees can speak freely with one another. They have a common break room, and team-building events every Thursday to inspire cooperation and mutual appreciation.

My office in Paris is so different, CANAL+ could take a leaf out of such an environment!
