And I was thinking this experience will also help me to improve my English… Here I am, learning Spanish again after I gave up so cowardly in high school :)
This week I started working with Emmanuel Barbet — SVP Digital Development LatAm — and guess what ..? He is French !
Emmanuel’s mission in Havas Miami is developing the digital offer of Havas Media Group in Latin American Markets. This week we organised calls with Peru, Chile and Argentina to discuss two things : we talked about their latest strategy and gave them advice and guidance too. We also presented the digital guidelines to all the countries together. Working with Emmanuel is very interesting for me in the sense that I experience the same issues in Havas Africa. I am looking forward to bringing this approach back to my home agency ! I learned a lot about how to coach the countries and how to lead a global coordination. #ThankYouEmmanuel
Havas Miami → a palm tree village with Digital at the heart ❤. It is impressive to see how much the Paris and Miami offices are similar even if they are so different in size. I have the chance to meet teams from all the departments : Socialyse, Affiperf, Mobext, Ecselis, Havas Sports & Entertainment, and find out how they work on the LatAm markets and what the differences are between them and the same departments in Paris.
