Havas Media International - Paris VS Miami !
The story of a Parisian working in Havas Africa traveling to Miami determined to achieve immersion in Latin American markets…
I left our Havas Village Paris — a building over 10 floors where you see a lot of people but no one knows eachother except the people we work with ! — to find a completely different atmosphere. An agency with 65 people, everyone knows eachother !
I had a royal welcome by my wonderful coach Andrea, a reflection of the warm atmosphere here : amazing breakfast, a super #HavasLofts kit and all the necessary to survive a month in Miami: a beach towel, sunscreen and a water bottle !
I was obviously stunned to find the kitchen filled with free snacks and drinks! I struggle not to watch the donuts on the table of the kitchen… otherwise I may eat them every day and go back to Paris with a chocolate donut face!
The office is very similar to ours in Paris, but prettier :)

This office is #amazing, I love the way they care about each other. Look at the picture just above ! They celebrate every single birthday of their team ! This is so different from our culture in Paris where we are always in a rush and don’t take the time to think about simple things like these that make everyone #happy.
One week only, and I have already done a workshop at the Miami Ad School with my coach and a client meeting planned for Coty. I’ll be following this account with Andrea which seem super interesting by the creativity challenge that they are facing and the complexity of building a strategy for a multi-market brand. I am really excited about working on this account as they do a lot of things with HSE for content/creative strategy.
