Sharing Tea & Innovation
The strangest thing I experienced when coming to the London offices was, whenever my colleagues get up from their desk, they graciously offer to make everyone tea. (!%(#&!@*@??)

That is unheard of in NY (love my fellow NY colleagues but lets be realistic), we are just so consumed in our own day and the way we like our coffee we simply do it all ourselves, all the time. #ImBusy
Similarly, at times the way we prep our coffee translates to our working style, we are so consumed in our own way, on our own team, we rarely offer to take a minute share an idea or two (And we have great ones!)
So, not only does everyone share tea in the UK offices, they have also begun a monthly meeting to share work across all Havas UK agencies called Digital Pioneering Sessions.

What It Does

There is such great work that is throughout our network — the more we share with one another (perhaps over the tea) the better we will become.
