Already a week and a half in New York, a week and a half spent with six other “lofters”, six girls.

This program is giving us an amaizing opportunity : to discover a new office, a new city, a new culture. But above all, it does give us the opportunity to meet new people! Everything in this program is about connections. We connect to our coach, whom connect us to his/ her team, whom connect us to another bunch of other talents in Havas.

But first we are being connected to the other participants of the program. The so called “Lofters”. Thanks to the Havas Village in New York, we are all in the same building. We have met each others the very first day (and actually before leaving for the Parisians) and have enjoyed the experience together ever since.

So I am the only gentleman, with six ladies in New York. Six person full of energy who really want to be proactive and make something out of this incredible opportunity that has been given to us.

It is maybe a cliché (we are doing nothing but spotting clichés on this very blog, right?) but girls are supposed to be much more altruistic. That’s maybe why they are always focusing on meaningful connections and sharing this experience with others. This is also maybe why they are enjoying so much the way to work here in New York : it is all about team work!

I am really happy to be with them on this journey, being as enthusiatic as the Americans (oh, here’s another cliché) and we all hope -as a group this time- that we will be able to share what we learnt here to as many people as possible in Havas, being boys or girls…
