Halloween 2016 Costume Ideas

Halloween is just around the corner and if you still do not know what you want to be yet, I have brewed up some ideas for you! Here are some costumes inspired by movies and TV shows, music, and even politics of 2016. (PS: none of these costumes are meant to be offensive, they are just for fun.)

Movies and TV Shows

· Harley Quinn and the Joker from Suicide Squad — you’ll be the coolest couple at any party.

· Belle and other characters from Beauty and the Beast — Tale as old as time, and just in time for the movie to come out in February.

· Cast of Stranger Things — Grab friends and be the whole Hawkins gang. Just make sure someone is Barb. #paytribute

· Game of Thrones characters- 6 seasons worth of characters to choose from!

· Once Upon A Time characters- Storybrooke characters have a modern and unique twist on classic fairytale characters.

· Professor Severus Snape from Harry Potter- to pay tribute to Alan Rickman.

Politics

· Donald Trump — don’t forget your orange fake tan and white wig.

· Hillary Clinton

· Bernie Sanders — plus a picture of fire to make everyone “Feel the Bern”

· Any other candidates that ran for president.

· Map of UK- separating from the European Union.

Music

· Prince

· David Bowie

· Ariana Grande — costumes inspired by her latest music videos. ex: space alien suit

· Coldplay- you can be one of the monkeys from their “Adventure of a Lifetime” music video.

Other

· USA Olympic Champion

· A mouse. Duh.

· Harambe.

And if you still don’t know what to be, be a clown. Just don’t hide in the woods. Please.
