Growth doesn't have to be monumental. Sometimes, growth can be subtle, hidden, unnoticed, and unrecognized. It comes in different forms: emotionally, mentally, socially, physically, spiritually, or financially.
Let me take this a step further.
For example, sometimes when I reflect and recall my opinion on something back then, and compare it to how I feel about that same thing now, half of the time, my perspective isn’t the same. This used to make me feel somewhat bad or ashamed for having that kind of view at that time. I’d be like... What was I thinking to come up with such an opinion?
But later on, I realized that I shouldn't spite myself for thinking in that particular way or having that take at the time. One of the reasons I had those views was because of the kind of information I was exposed to at the time—my nurture, the environment that shaped me, the things I consumed, and the people I spent time with.
