We need to eradicate this culture of cheap dopamine in our modern society.
This is killing us and we need to address it. This message is for all. It’s for everybody that’s on the Internet. It’s for those off the Internet too because there are activities that can make the brain hit cheap dopamine in the physical world. Activities like having conversations that have no value, gossiping, consuming unhealthy snacks, living life based on “Vibes” and “In Shaa Allah”, etc. I’m sure my Nigerian audience would understand the meaning of “Vibes” and “In Shaa Allah”. But for my Non-Nigerian audience who don’t understand, you can google it. Lol, you think I’d tell you the meaning? Hell no! 😂😂. Google is your friend.

Those video games you play on your cellphone, those countless reels you watch on your social media timeline, those chit-chat you have with your friends in a social settings, the junk foods you consume randomly or intentionally, the semi-clad pictures of your favorite celebrities or influencers you view on social media, etc., are all activities that gives you dopamine.
