There’s this widely held narrative about social media being one of the causes of depression. And I’m not saying it’s wrong—because we do have data that backs it up—but I don’t know, maybe I’m weird. Maybe I’m abnormal. Or maybe I just don’t understand. But personally, I don’t see social media as a platform that can make me depressed.
To me, social media is therapeutic.
