Whether you’re interested in news about a specific person, location, topic or channel news Haystack now delivers more relevant results faster than ever before. Here’s what you can expect:
- Local News: Searching for news from specific locations has never been simpler. Just enter a city, state, or country, and receive the latest updates from or about that area.
- Source Selection: Prefer news from specific outlets? Our updated search allows you to find sources that you trust or discover new ones that match your interests.
- Enhanced Discovery: Type in any keyword, whether it’s your favorite celebrity or nd our app will help you find related topics and stories.
You can follow topics and sources directly from search results to improve the news we show you in your My Headlines channel.
Ready to try it out?
Using the new search functionality is straightforward. Open the app, tap on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your screen, and search away! The smart suggestions will guide you towards the most relevant topics, sources, and locations from Haystack’s vast library of more than 400 news sources from all over the world.
