This structure is bad design if you look at the tube its too short and if the water evaporates coming from inside the hole of bathroom its cause bad smell. One thing its near in the window probably you smell the bad air. I suggest it should be the tube is long and above from the roof therefore if its evaporates the bad air is going in above.
