Test Subject #1 (http://highnoonholsters.com)

When he opened and saw the homepage, his first reaction was “what kind of site is this? ” then scroll the page up and down and said “the design was bad”. He navigated though pages easily because of the links on the left side. He clicked on the product line and browse the page then he asked me “is this an online shop or something?” he also added “i think this site not reliable for online shopping”. While browsing other pages he always have comment about the design. My observation is that he doesn't like the design of the site and hr think that it is not safe for online shopping.

Test Subject #2 (http://sundaymorning.ekwc.nl)

His first impression was “ano man yan maribungon sa mata” because he noticed the moving objects on the homepage. He also added “it’s like a web like spiderman”. When he clicked one of the words floating he was amazed by the animation but he also said that it is not organized because he doesn't know what to do next. He tried clicking other words in the homepage which are actually a link to other pages but I think he is not interested on the contents, he’s just playing with the animation.

Test Subject #3 (http://www.1927events.com)

He slowly scroll down through the page and I think he doesn't have difficulty in navigating because it is a single page site. He noticed the design and said “the design was good and I like the transition between the parts of the page”. He browse the page, read the about section, clicked the images on the gallery section and try the book event part. My observation was I think he like the simplicity of the design and the transition between the different sections of the page.

Observation

My observation was the first two subjects the sites that are assigned to them, they find the design not so good especially highnoonholster.com which the test user find it unreliable for online shopping. The last test subject I think liked the site because of its simple design and it is very easy to navigate.
