US talks to Intel and TSMC about building factories in the stateside

President Donald Trump’s administration is negotiating with semiconductor manufacturers including Intel and TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) about building manufacturing facilities in the United States as said by representatives from the companies. The news comes in following the Coronavirus outbreak and the increasing diplomatic strain between US and China. TSMC is also talking to Apple, who is one of it’s largest customer and with US Department of Commerce regarding their plans.
